growth. To benefit from our services, individuals must already be enrolled or participating in a local human
service program. This ensures that those we support are engaged with existing resources and ready to take
proactive steps in their journey towards personal improvement. Through one-on-one coaching sessions, our
trained coaches work closely with individuals from all walks of life, including those facing life crises, homeless
veterans, and members of the pride community to provide personalized support, guidance, and accountability.

a comforting hand to help overcome obstacles. Our job is to be that support system for individuals in need.

I'm Nicholette Oatman and I bring over thirteen years of extensive experience in various financial sectors as a
dedicated financial service professional. My expertise lies in delivering exceptional client service and supporting
small businesses. Complementing my professional endeavors, I've dedicated several years to volunteering as a crisis advocate within the parkland system. With a genuine passion for assisting others, I am committed to championing aspirations and providing unwavering support during challenging times. As treasurer, I am deeply engaged in enhancing our outreach initiatives for the betterment of our community.
Community Liaison - Diana Ramirez
Hi! My name is Diana Ramirez and my passion is helping people and making sure everyone’s voices are heard. With my experience working in diverse populations and navigating complex systems to provide resources and support, my goal is to help make our community a better place for everyone. I’m committed to advocating for positive change and by working together, we can create a thriving, inclusive community where everyone feels valued and supported.
As Board Vice President, I bring a strong background in recruitment and enrollment management from
Amberton University, along with a deep commitment to community service driven by my Christian values. I’m
particularly excited about our unique approach to empowering individuals through life coaching services, which
I believe is key to driving impactful change within the community. My experience includes organizing
donations for war refugees and leading outreach efforts for Haiti after the devastating earthquake. I am eager to
contribute to our mission and support our community in meaningful ways.
